Rule 15
Duties, Duties and Rights of Other Government Advocates of the Appellate Public Prosecutor's Office
The duties, duties and rights of other Government Advocates of the Appeals Public Prosecutor's Office shall be as follows:-
(a) Assisting the co-counsel in the performance of his duties,
(b) In cases in which the Government of Nepal is the plaintiff, the authorized officer shall conduct investigation and investigation and decide whether or not to prosecute the case as delegated by the Attorney General in the case of missiles that have come for necessary action.
(c) In the course of deciding whether or not to proceed with the case in accordance with section (b), if it is found that the case is going to be proceeded with in the case of a case that should be tried from one's own office, in accordance with section 18 and section 22 of the Act, to file an indictment and plea in the relevant court, (d) To appear in the Adda court on behalf of the Government of Nepal as assigned by the co-advocate in matters concerning the Government of Nepal, (e) To make the necessary actions related to appeals and petitions on the judgments or orders made by the court.
